What a waste of time choosing the right car
Booked a car online as needed for a journey the next day and got a call to say they didn’t have any cars at all in stock from my pick up point… yet the website lets me take my pick from my chosen pick up point! Enterprise, learn about stock management and do yourselves a favour - it’s not that tricky, even the smallest of sellers on websites have a stock inventory uploaded and live. I’d rather pay the extra and go through Europcar from now on as was suggested by the pick up point contact.

Customer service said ‘and how can we help you’… well we need a car?

Enterprise has gone above and beyond to…
Enterprise has gone above and beyond to get me a like for like rental car after a collision with an other vehicle. I had to fight my insurance company to get the courtesy vehicle I was entitled to and they gave me the basic. I spoke to Anna at Enterprise who was unbelievably helpful and made it happen. Thank you Anna.

A van if you are lucky?
Booked a van for late morning . Got a call in the morning saying a van would be available at 12.30. Later in the morning another call now 3.30pm.
When I rang to cancel a van had suddenly been returned and was available now. Time was 12.30
Cancelled and will not use again

Enterprise car rental Morecambe …
I rented a car through my car insurance with Enterprise rent a car Morecambe, the telephone service is fair, but the experience of getting the rental car was very poor, they were late to pick me up which made me late for work.The car was, smelly and dirty inside and out, the young man driving the car had no customer skills at all, was in a mad rush, showed me nothing of any car controls but was obsessed with telling me how I’d have to pay for any scratches etc and trying to sell me insurance per day to cover this, altogether not a pleasant experience,

Jus found they swiped £95 from my bank…
Just found they crookedly , swiped £95 from my bank account . Six weeks after my rental. They won't respond to my emails . They sent me a trumped up reason for doing it and the option to challenge it was obviously left meaningless . Avoid this business like the plague .

Great Service
Booked last minute rental car with Enterprise at Malaga airport using their app. New car, courteous service and easy return. Only negative is the rental site is not at the airport like the other hire car firms but you have to get a 10 minute shuttle from the airport to the Enterprise location. This was not explained to me when I booked and so took some figuring out where the location is and how to get to it.

Would never use again
We were given a car which had not been checked properly, the oil level was so low that it cost over £50 to bring it up to the correct level.
This happened in May and despite regular contact with the Stirling branch, we are now at the end of July and have yet to receive a refund.

Enterprise Grays are scammers. Avoid at all cost!
Enterprise Grays is the worst car rental ever. They’re scammers. I got a replacement vehicle from enterprise when my car was being repaired after an accident. As I have to cross the Dartford toll everyday to and from work, I tried to add the vehicle to my dart charge account but was told the vehicle was already registered for dart charge by the company. Apparently, 3 days later, enterprise removed the registration quietly without informing me and now I have 13 days worth of notices from dart charge. Enterprise is charging me admin fee of £35 for each of these. I have now been ripped off £385 for admin charges, not to talk of paying the dart charge notices, when enterprise did not inform me their car was no longer registered. I called them and was informed I had to send an email. Sent email and I got no response from them. This is daylight robbery and there has to be a way for this company to be made to answer for their scams. This cannot be legal!

Diabolical service if anything goes wrong
I booked a Ford Transit Custom van for Sunday 3rd July from Leeds Hunslet branch. On getting to the van on the Sunday morning it was scratched on one side and dents were on the other side. This was reported via the Enterprise helpdesk phone number. I was then asked to use my credit card to automatically open the van locks from outside of the van. It took muliple attempts and finally on the 4th credit card the light on the automated machine in the van went green and unlocked the van. I used the van to collect something in Sheffield and the van drove ok whilst using it. I noticed that whilst in Sheffield that the tank was slightly under a 1/4 of a tank full and Enterprise ask that you return the van with a minimum of a 1/4 of a tank of fuel. The fuel card that should have been in the glove box to do this task was missing and so I had to spend ages (again) getting through to the helpdesk. I was told to use my own money to put fuel in the van and that I would be reimbursed. That evening I downloaded all of the photos of the damage to the van and also a clear copy of the petrol receipt and sent it off to Enterprise. I received an email back from Enterprise about 5 days later stating that I would not be paid for my diesel receipt (see email response)
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the receipt you sent us for £20.19 as the time and date printed on the receipt does not match up with the vehicle communications. This means we cannot verify you refuelled the vehicle.

The receipt you provided us is dated the 03/07/2022, and you vehicle you (Reservation ID: 9132053), was for the 03/07/2022.
I sent a stinging response back to this email and as of this morning had received no reply. I then had to go to the Hunslet office in Leeds to sort things out. Thankfully the manager there had some common sense and I have now been told I will be refunded the money I paid out because of Enterprise's faults. Just be aware that you need to double check everything and to be not too surprised when you get a zero type of response from their Helpdesk.

Avoid at all costs - the worst car rental provider in the UK!
Rented a van from the Waterloo branch in order to move house. Arrived at the depot to be told the van was not available as a corporate client had extended a rental at the last minute. Instead I had to wait 2 hours before they provided a van that was too big to fit in the carparks at either the flat I was leaving or the one I moved to. It wouldn't even fit in the depot I had agreed to drop it off at after the rental! I had to park the van elsewhere at my expense. Called customer services several times to raise a complaint, was told they would be in touch in 48 hours to resolve but I never heard a thing. Called again, same response, same outcome. Pathetic service. AVOID!!!

Ripped off £400 for a puncture I didn't cause
Had a courtesy car after postman hit my car which was parked outside my house. Spotted a slow puncture a couple of days after having car. So I just pumped it up every 2 or 3 days. I even pointed out the slow punctue to enterprise who said no problem. However, as I was driving hom in my repaired car they phond to say there was a gash in the tyre and that I was liable and they were taking £400 excess from my credit card. I had no come back whatsoever and they haven't invoiced me or given me any likeihood of any refund. I know I didn't kerb the car as my wife teases me about being exceptionally careful about not doing so. I think they just passed on the car to me with a slow puncture knowing that I would cop for it. £400 for a tyre is a rip off and I didn't see any gash I only have there say so. Besides that they accepted the car before phoning me. I am sure i it had been the other way round they would have not accepted it. I will never use them again

Worst experience ever .. Avoid at all means
I have booked a 7 seaters for the weekend from Manchester Didsbury branch.
Plan to pick up at 9 am
I went there
And there was no car
First available was @12
They ruined my day though they have confirmed the pick up time yesterday
Worst service ever
Even my prepayment of more than 450 pounds would take up to 2 weeks to return
Very sad experience
Avoid to use them to avoid frustrations

I've been using Enterprise for a few…
I've been using Enterprise for a few years and now they said my debit card details cannot pass their new security check. Absolutely ridiculous system as I've got a perfect credit score and I've using the same card and account for renting car at Enterprise for years. Utterly disappointed, and sad to say bye to this company.

Hired van for 2 day paid excess to cover any damage
Sill me did not check van at Tradeston glasgow
I've parked car park at car park in Glasgow secure parking for 30 minets was with van all the time and then drove to my house covered secure parking
Took van back to tradesdon day early
Lady who checked van went strate to offside wing mirror she new before mirror was damaged
Can any body help who had raised vehicle

Charged twice.
Con artists at Enterprise Gravesend. I paid in advance online, but they took the excess waiver and roadside protection out of my deposit anyway. Any attempt to get this money back has been met with incompetence on a level that leads me to believe they must be doing it on purpose.
